Jamie's parents came up this weekend and helped out a lot. Jim was on yard duty and Clancy did a lot of cleaning inside. It takes a lot of time to scrub everything in the house!
And of course there was plenty of time to play with the grandkids too!
We headed to the zoo last week with my friend Amanda and her little boy Evan. There's a new exhibit there that is a mini-zoo for the kids to play in. Here we are in the concession stand, making pizza.

And here's Kate in one of her favorite places in the zoo-- the merry-go-round. She has her hand on her head to hold her hair on! The merry-go-round operator loves to joke around with the kids and tells them it goes so fast that they could loose all their hair.
