Cute kids!

We went to the pediatrician this morning for Jackson's two week check-up and Kate's 18 month check-up. Jackson has grown even more than I realized-- over 2 pounds in the past two weeks! I knew his cheeks were looking chubby! He now weighs 10 lb, 6 oz and is 22 1/4 inches tall. Kate weighs just under 24 pounds and is 32 inches tall. They're both healthy and happy and oh, so cute! We went to have some professional portraits done on Friday and I love how they turned out. Here are some of my favorites!
